Notes for Steve Madden
I totally agree about ordering a half size up - although I would even recommend ordering a whole size up. I am always a size 6 except in Steve Madden. The 6.5 fit but my toe is right at the end. I would have rather had a 7 with a little wiggle room. I have to say that for the money the boot is pretty but there is NO padding for your foot. By the end of the day the ball of my foot hurt so bad and I spend most of my day sitting down. Why can't they make a dress boot with a sneaker insole? Then women could wear them all day! Also, I found these boots to be slippery on a floor - so be careful. Also, the boot sagged throughout the day, I had to keep pulling them up. I don't know if I love the toe shape either. The boots I wanted were $200 I got 2 pair of these (1 black 1 brown) for $80. I guess you can't beat that price. So, in short - get a whole size bigger so that you can fit in a shoe insert for the padding that the boot doesn't come with.

Not My Favorite Toe Shape--But They Fit My Calves!
Thanks Amanda from Scottsdale. I did order a half size up and I'm lucky I did. The toe IS tight. But it's partly due to the "almond" shape toe. I don't really care for it. It reminds me of those Chinese footbinding shoes. But, if that's what's hot this season so be it. The heel, though high, is comfortable; the whole boot is really pretty comfortable. I haven't worn them out for a long period but in the time I had them on they didn't feel like platforms, which I normally don't like.
The best part: they fit my calves!!! I am tall and slender and have slim calves and can NEVER find stretch boots that fit and THESE DO!! That alone makes the toe ok!

1/2 Size Up
What ever your shoe size, order these a half size up. They are terrific boots with a great look and amazing heel. Everything about them is cool and sexy, and looks great with just about anything. I say order a half size up to allow room for your toes. No matter how thin the socks you wear with these, they are tight around the toes.

Steve Madden makes the most uncomfortable shoes ever!
Whether they're 5" heels or clogs, I have yet to find a pair of Steve Madden shoes that are wearable. My daughter works for DSW, so she gets a great discount. Madden's shoes are adorable. They're also the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned - bar none (and this even excludes the full size smaller pair of D&G shoes I bought because they were on sale). I have very standard, adaptable size 8 feet too! After spending a small fortune on shoes that I cannot wear, I have vowed to never, ever buy another pair of Steve Madden shoes.

Not a leather shoe
I got these shoes last week and when i was opening the box i expected for leather shoes, but for my suprise they are not like the said on description product! Too bad from amazon!

Definitely NOT for Me
I really didn't like this sandal. It looked much better online than it did in person. Felt like I was standing on a cement block. I returned this immediately!

Great shoe!
I actually didn't like this shoe when I first opened the box - it's an unusual shape. But then I gave it a chance and actually wore them, and I love them so much I bought them in another color. Absolutely the most comfortable heeled sandal I've ever worn, and they look flattering, as well. And the price, for Clark's, is pretty good, too!

Great looking and comfortable shoe. If you are in between sizes, go for the larger.

great dressy sandal!
I have worn these on a couple of occasions that required hours of standing, and I have to say they are pretty much the most comfy dress shoes that I have ever owned, right out of the box. In fact, everyone within earshot of me at the past two "occasions" is tired of hearing me talk about how comfortable my shoes are! Really, these are great sandals to wear with a nice dress as long as the weather is sandals-friendly. I just wish they made them in brown too!

Perfect!
Beautiful sandal. I have the Black one. It gave me a little bit of work to get the strings on my feet (not beacuse of the sandal but my feet are spread..) so i used some lotion on my feet and it slide in easy after that. It's a very sexy sandal!

love my new boots
I just got my new boots in the mail today. I was very happy i ordered them.I can not believe how comfortable these boots are. they can be worn everyday. i will be ordering another pair soon.The only thing i dont like is the fact that they cost so much, and they are not leather. but they do look like real leather, not plastic looking. Another thing is i do have big legs, and this stillnot fill in the boot completely. so if you have skinny legs this boot is not for you.

gorgeous VEGAN boots!!
ok, first of all, these boots are "cruelty-free," meaning they're made with manmade (synthetic) leather. so if you're a huge animal lover like me and looking for a nice stylish pair of vegan boots, this is the pair for you. so having said that, these boots are SUPER adorable. the shaft height from top of heel is about 10" and it goes right under my calves. it's got a very good craftsmanship with nice detailing on the straps. they feel very comfy, and i wear them all day without pain. it goes with skinny jeans, skirt, and leggings, and it's just SO CUTE!! i get compliments all the time, and i feel good when i tell them it's animal-friendly!!

The boots are Okay. I was expecting them to be leather for the price paid for them. Not expecting it to be all man made material from China. However, they look cute on the foot. Only the heel of the boot as you put them on can get crushed if you step down in them instead of pull them all the way on. Could get better quality of boot. I suggest you look around first before buying these boots.

Cute Summer Sander
Comfortable shoes. I can wear them all day long without them hurting my feet, which is very important. I purchased them in blue and brown. Excellent with a pair of jeans.

super comfortable & cute
These shoes are super comfortable and really cute. I don't believe they are true to size though; I run between a 7.5 & 8, I purchased an 8 and they feel like a 7.5. Other than that I love them.

Nice
These have give in the sole at the ball of the foot. Its very nice. My foot is a little wide and these fit snugly but will give with wear. My foot does not spill over the sides. The blue in the photo was acurate on my screen. Can't beat the price.
